Inman Park Village is a new development in Historic Inman Park with a unique mix of new homes and professional commercial properties. It has been aesthetically and functionally designed to provide a comfortable lifestyle that balances the culture of comfortable intown living with conveniences of a central location in one of Atlanta’s oldest neighborhoods. The location provides convenient walking access to 4 different beautiful parks with walking and biking trails, more than 10 neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops and the three community theatres while also allowing rapid access to Midtown, Downtown and Virginia Highland.
IPV Lifestyle Snapshot

A walk around Inman Park delivers a distinct impression of places that are comfortable and people that are relaxed. You'll see people biking, walking their dogs and on weekends folks enjoying an easy evening on the
porch with friends. However the neighborhood has an eclectic side too, which is best witnessed during the Inman Park Festival Parade where characters, creativity and high energy are the main attraction.

Even with the diverse composite of individuals, residents seem to share common ideas on in-town style elements, an affinity for traditional neighborhood conveniences and an attraction to the simple pleasures of the neighborhood. There is no subtitute for experiencing the neighborhood first hand - come over and spend the afternoon.

Early Inman Park
Joel Hurt initiated development of Inman Park, Atlanta’s first planned community in the 1880's. He believed people should live in a countrylike atmosphere that was convenient to the central business district. To achieve this goal, he insisted on large lots, curving streets and open park areas throughout the neighborhood.(ref - inmanpark.org) The spirit and style has been consistent for the past 120 years and is preserved and protected today with Inman Park’s national historic district status.

Developer & Builder Profile
When the rare opportunity to design and build new construction homes in Historic Inman Park arose, builders Brunning & Stang partnered with the community to create a concept with homes that reflect both the style and spirit of ‘balance’ that remains the foundation of Inman Park one hundred and twenty years later.

Brunning & Stang specializes in residential construction and redevelopment projects in Buckhead, Midtown, Inman Park and other close intown neighborhoods. They are active in urban redevelopment, adaptive reuse of existing buildings and are engaged in rezoning and development processes. Going beyond 30 plus years of building experience each, partners Geoff Brunning and Ray Stang believe in quality and the value of doing the right thing for their customers, partners and communities.
