The second and final phase of Inman Village townhomes are being built with three different floor plans. While all of the floor plans share common spatial and stylistic elements – each plan has a unique set of characteristics from varying sizes and living area space allocations to terrace designs.

Plan A – This floor plan is a 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath configuration on 3 levels. It has a formal dining room in the front with the living room adjoining to the kitchen on the main level. The master bedroom and first guest bedroom are on the third level with the third bedroom/office on the first level.

 



 Plan B – This is the largest of the three plans and includes a rooftop terrace and an elevator that serves all four levels. This plan is a 3 bedroom and 3 full + 2 half bath configuration on 4 levels. It has a formal dining room in the front with the living room adjoining to the kitchen on the main level. The master bedroom and first guest bedroom are on the third level and the fourth level has a master with the third bedroom/office on the first level.

Plan C – This floor plan is a 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath configuration on 3 levels all serviced by a centrally located elevator. It features is an expanded professional kitchen and pantry area. It has a formal dining room in the front with the living room adjoining to the kitchen on the main level. The master bedroom and first guest bedroom are on the third level with the third bedroom/office on the first level.
